Best quality of Carbon Steel is rolled in different sizes & blanks suitable for the products to be manufactured

Furnace-Steel blanks are subjected to a temperature of 1200 degrees C for forging in different shapes.

Grinding-Each piece is properly ground by striking sides for maximum impact.

Heat treatment- Ensures that the tools are brought to a proper hardness to avoid being chipped during normal use.

Powder Coating / Painting / Finishing - Superior powder coating/painting are done under accurate temperature to give glossy or matt finish depending on requirement.

Packing / Stuffing - Finally each piece is put in a polyethylene bag to maintain rust free environment prior to packing in a master carton / wooden box.
